1. If I am not satisfied with your  service quality, is my money going to be refunded?

Yes, I will refund your money 100% in 30 Days. But before that, I will repair the design first. If you still not satisfied, I will refund your money. So, you have 30 Days-Money Back Guarantee. No risk at all for you to try first.

2. If I could not find my needs on this site, what could I do?

Just contact me at contact me page. Tell me anything you really want. The price would be determined after our discussion has fixed decision.

3. What kind of designs you provide?

You can find them at Pricing Page. If you still can not find your needs, feel free to contact me here.

4. How can I pay?

After you decide your design at Pricing Page, click on pay button at the bottom of this page or just click here.

5. How can I tell and describe my designs I want?

After you complete the payment here, please click 'return to merchant' in your account immediately. You will be brought to a web form. Describe anything you are willing. These are very important steps to follow. If you have any problem in terms of payment especially after payment you made, feel free to contact me here. Click here.

6. Despite of PayPal, is there any other way to pay?

Sorry. At this moment, I only provide PayPal way for you to pay. This payment are very high security payment. Either you can pay by your PayPal account or by credit card. If you did not have a PayPal account, feel free to sign up here.

7. Can I sell designs you made?

No, you can't. My designs for you are just for personal use. If you want to have .psd files and intend to sell MRR license, you have to make an extra payment - $ 297.

8. Is there any discount for permanent customer like me (If so)?

Yes, of course. For the third payment you made, you will get a special link to get any of my design at lower price. You will find $10 deducted for any payment you make (for the third payment and after).
